A very informal meeting; we almost didn't have a quorum.

we discussed the creation of an anonymous donation list, the brochure, making receipts for donations

The only motion made was that only people who have attend a meeting and given their information to the committee as a "donation taker" can take donations

Cricket motioned

Greg seconded

all were in favor

There is now an email address set up that any board member can have the password to.
